Pike County Commissioners and Pike County Economic Development Corporation were awarded $250,000 from the Community Development Block Grant and the Office of Community and Rural Affairs to distribute through the local Pike County Business Grant program.
Twenty-three local businesses have been approved to receive individual amounts of COVID relief funding totaling $177,000. The grant assistance is to be used to relieve hardships caused by COVID-19 to retain local businesses and local employees.

“Pike County EDC is happy we are able to support our local businesses during the pandemic through this OCRA Grant process,” said Pike County Economic Development Corporation, Executive Director Ashley Willis.
